I approached Graham Chandler to advise on and assist with handling an estate. His advice was very helpful, and he talked me through my responsibilities and options and I found his approach friendly and reassuring. I was not pressured to use any services, and the pros and cons of different approaches were offered, taking cost constraints and family wishes into account.

Our experience of updating our wills went well. Sarah and Tracey were quick to respond to emails and very helpful. The experience was also made easier by not having to go into the office to sign them. However, it was good to have the choice so that we could choose the best option for us.
