I can only go on my own experiences since moving to Ross Road medical centre in the last year or so Great staff on reception great team of nurses and 2 excellent doctors
Fantastic surgery! Never have any issues getting an appointment, the reception staff are really helpful and the Doctors are always running on time! Doctors are very understanding and welcoming especially Dr Ahmad and Dr S Ali.

I have been with the surgery for over 30 years and I have never had any problems with any of the doctors or nurses especially with my health and issues at this moment in time
Can never get an appointment, repeat prescriptions get refused for no reason. Clinics threaten to cancel medications unless you attend asap. Took 1 year to get a prescription added that was sent from consultant at hospital. In the time I have been with them my conditions are the worst they have ever been. Medications for long term use prescribed by consultants often don't get added to repeat so you run out and have to struggle to get hold of an appointment which you can't get as it's not urgent.
