Always a pleasure to speak to the very helpful and kind staff at the Ross road medical center. I have never had an issue with any of the staff and the doctors have been amazing. So glad I joined this surgery. A lovely team overall thank you for everything.
Hasn't improved at all. Totally useless. Have massive pain in my leg, told to call at 8.30 or 2pm and hope you can get an appointment. Terrible service. Total rubbish. If I could give zero I would. Waited over a week for a call back, they ring on withheld number and I got a voicemail and called back 30 secs later, now have to wait for another call back. Absolutely useless. Patients leaving in droves. Avoid like the plague.
Worse GP. they are not answering call. Better to die.
