Fantastic service whilst selling our home. Friendly and attentive company.
Lovely man showed me around the house . However when I put an offer in and didn't hear back, I called them for an update . the women said she had left me a voicemail days earlier which was a lie. Upped my offer said she would ring me back still nothing. At least let people know if their offer is declined and don't lie about leaving a voicemail
An excellent service received during my mortgage process. All thanks to Jan, she was exceptional and even went out of her way to help out after the mortgage processs was completed to get a document from the seller. I highly recommend Ross estate agencies.
