Extremely unprofessional. They told me a date for my house exchange but I didn’t hear much from them. When I called them three days before the exchange they said their system was down and they would call me back. They didn’t call me back so I called them a day before my exchange date. They told me the exchange is no longer happening on that date. Poor communication. They gave me a new exchange date for six days later. Even though they have their client's monies, they are still ignoring everyone trying to contact them and do the completion.
Very poor communication and service. Invoice still not settled despite issuing 2 weeks ago.
