Had a leak in my roof that turned out to be a loose tile. He turned up really quickly and sorted the problem out on no time at all
Obtained a quote and wanted to go ahead. Attempted to call but spoke to a rather rude lady who told us the roofer had moved out and she wouldn't give us a number to call him. We gave up, but got a random call quite some time later with an estimated date to complete, but then couldn't get gold of them again and never heard back! A complete waste of our time and we've lost all confidence in them.
