I had my first ever hot stone massage (first professional massage of any kind) with Rosie a couple of weeks ago, having been suffering with pain and stiffness in my shoulders, biceps, chest and hamstrings for as long as I care to remember. We had an amazing time at this so well deserved retreat in Cornwall. What a beautiful retreat this was! Rosie was an amazing host with all we had experienced at this retreat. We started off with a foot bath which was so kindly provided with a welcome sparkly ginger spritz. Also included was astrology and art therapy - So much love, support was there.
