Tammy helped me find the perfect cabin. She was amazingly patient, respectful of our time, and when there was a hiccup with financing, she was ready to go with plan B. We love our little cabin and it never would have happened without her.
You can't go wrong with the Roshek Group if you want to buy or sell a home quickly. We have worked with this team to sell 5 homes and to buy 6 homes over the past 25 years. They have always served us extremely well. They know so much about the market, the process and the real estate business. Their professionalism cannot be beat. The Roshek Group certainly has our vote for excellence!
I was looking for a rental house. Todd was very knowledgeable, helpful, thoughtful and patient. The rest of the staff at Roshek was equally wonderful!
My wife and I have used The Roshek Group repeatedly, and I'm sure we'll use them again in the future. Their team is made up of great people who are honest, very good at what they do and never lose sight of who they are representing in a real estate transaction.
Love my house and Love working with the Roshek Group! My loan was not a normal loan and the Roshek Group was amazing at helping me meet the requirements.

Did not even have to come back for any of the prior closing stuff. He handled it all great and was a wonderful source for all kinds... read more
Todd was respectful yet friendly. He was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the local market. He never made us feel pressured to buy. He was willing to show us a many properties as we wanted. Todd was great and I would recommend him whole heartedly.
