We very much liked working with Tammy, she took the needed time to show us the number of homes we wanted to see, and had very good follow up. Once we picked the house we wanted to purchase - Tammy worked hand in hand with the other realtor and with our lender to help out in any way she could! Even though I called a different person within Tammy's office (as she was the listing agent) - Tammy took the call because the other realtor had just gone through a surgery and couldn't take my call - talk about going above and beyond!

Todd Zeller was our agent last year when my wife and I were looking for land to build our retirement home, but he became so much more than that. Todd was recommended by a friend and I am grateful for the recommendation. Todd took all my requirements into consideration to find us the perfect house within our budget. We camped in Woodland Park 2 years ago and fell in love with the area. My wife contacted Todd at Coldwell and we were off. Todd was gracious to setup time on the weekends to show houses since that was the only time we had to come up and look. I learned a lot from him about the area and the neighborhoods. He was instrumental when we found our place here in Cripple Creek Mountain Estates. I high recommend him as your next RE agent.

Todd was extremely helpful to us in our first home-buying experience. He even helped us with things that were technically not in his job description and if he couldn't help, he recommended someone who could. We obviously had many questions and unknowns and Todd was very patient and got back to us quickly regarding those needs.
