We had such a positive experience with Tammy! She worked hard to get us the retirement home we were dreaming about. She was very quick to respond to our concerns and questions; within the same day if we had to leave a message. She was very honest and we felt secure in her recommendations and advice. She had a lot of knowledge about the area. She was professional and easy to work with throughout the transaction, and went above and beyond our expectations.

Tammy is a truly professional realtor and from beginning to end, she explained everything in precise detail, kept us informed about the sale, market, and made sound recommendations. When we encountered a few actions required to facilitate the sale, she expedited handling of those. In summary, she is a top notch realtor who knows the market in her area, is connected with the right folks to get things done and is there for you 24/7. Tammy helped me find the perfect cabin. She was amazingly patient, respectful of our time, and when there was a hiccup with financing, she was ready to go with plan B. We love our little cabin and it never would have happened without her.

You can't go wrong with the Roshek Group if you want to buy or sell a home quickly. We have worked with this team to sell 5 homes and to buy 6 homes over the past 25 years. We were transferred to the Woodland Park area and had a VERY short window to find a home. Todd was a wonderful real estate agent and we found the home we ended up purchasing on the first day out. He really understood what I wanted quickly and did not take me to see ones on his list as he came to know what I was looking for ..Not what he wanted me to look at because he thought they were the best.
