Todd was recommended by a friend and I am grateful for the recommendation. Todd took all my requirements into consideration to find us the perfect house within our budget. We camped in Woodland Park 2 years ago and fell in love with the area. My wife contacted Todd at Coldwell and we were off. Todd was gracious to setup time on the weekends to show houses since that was the only time we had to come up and look. I learned a lot from him about the area and the neighborhoods. He was instrumental when we found our place here in Cripple Creek Mountain Estates. I high recommend him as your next RE agent.

Todd was extremely helpful to us in our first home-buying experience. He even helped us with things that were technically not in his job description and if he couldn't help, he recommended someone who could. We obviously had many questions and unknowns and Todd was very patient and got back to us quickly regarding those needs. We came out to Colorado Springs two years ago looking at houses. Todd was very knowledgeable about the area and was very helpful in showing us some properties. We didn't decide to buy at that time. Todd kept in touch with us and a year later we came out again expecting our house to sell in Michigan. He gave us suggestions for the property in Michigan as it wasn't selling. Todd listed our house this year, and we had multiple offers by the first weekend. He helped us navigate selecting the offers. Todd was prompt in returning phone calls especially as the closing date approached. He also was our agent as we bought a new home. He made the process as smooth and seamless as possible.
