We came out to Colorado Springs two years ago looking at houses. Todd was very knowledgeable about the area and was very helpful in showing us some properties. We didn't decide to buy at that time. Todd kept in touch with us and a year later we came out again expecting our house to sell in Michigan. He gave us suggestions for the property in Michigan as it wasn't selling. Todd listed our house this year, and we had multiple offers by the first weekend. He helped us navigate selecting the offers. Todd was prompt in returning phone calls especially as the closing date approached. He also was our agent as we bought a new home. He made the process as smooth and seamless as possible. We will use him again when the time comes.

My Wife and I sold a property in Divide and purchased a larger property in Florissant the whole deal was a walk in the park.
