Third purchase at Roseville Hyundai went very well today thanks to our Salesman Mark Crouse and Kajen in Finance. Happy with my 2016 Sonata! Traded in my 2012, no problem.

So far it's been 8 hours to get my car fixed. 3 1/2 of those was just waiting to get looked at. I've gotten no updates unless I go up to the desk to ask what's going on. Not coming back here that's for sure.

Worst dealership ever! Salesman (Patrick Souza) can't even spell Genesis much less sell one. Sales manager is a joke as he uses 1000 words, but manages to say nothing. Typical "slick salesman" attitudes here where they're worried about the bottom line, not customer service. I'll be servicing my Hyundai at Folsom Hyundai now that Roseville Hyundai has displayed how NOT to treat a customer. Save yourself some time and shop ANYWHERE else but Roseville Hyundai.
Took my Sonata in for a routine service. They alerted me of a recall and asked if they could take care of while I was there. I didn't mind at all, as time is a premium for me. They had my car done and washed in the time promised. Service rider Christopher Calden was great!
We walked in told them what we wanted and where we wanted to be on our lease and they exceeded that. We'll do business again. Love our 2015 Genesis.
