Buyers beware! Warranty supposed to be the "best" in the industry, my Tucson Limited is 4 years old, 75,000 miles and the entire GPS system is broken, repairable at a cost of 5,000. Crazy that this car is having these issues. Not only is it not covered under warranty it cost me 125.00 plus 4 hours of my time to tell ne that. Funny, almost time for a new vehicle for me and Hyundai will NOT be one of my considerations. I left the dealership very upset and asked the service manager call me, surprise, no phone call. Customer service was amazing! Patrick was very helpful and he really worked hard to make sure my mom was driving off the lot in her new car tonight.
Service was bad...now thinking when time to get a new car, will probably go elsewhere.
