Please please do not put your loved ones in this place. Neglect is an understatement. My dad went into Rosevilla and over the course of 6 weeks he was left to become seriously malnourished. He is now in hospital. He had an injury to his face which was never cleaned or dressed, we as his family had to take supplies and do it ourselves. He was never bathed or showered in the time he was there. We were lied to about his care and nutrition. Personal property was lost or taken. I had a family friend staying,it was just fantastic. A real home from home and so well cared for.

This is a terrible, unorganised and short staffed carehome. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work there or send family members there. They underpay teenagers thinking we will not notice & get away with it.
