Rosemary has clearly been very effective as a conveyancing Lawyer in the past. my experience though was less than ideal, she works with an assistant/administrator who was having to take time off work. Left working without support Rosemary seemed to struggle with filing - my files could not be found for a while. IT - I received attachments to emails that were corrupted and not checked. I won't recommend this solicitor at all, They was suppose to send my documents to land registry but never did and they won't answer my call, keeps going to voicemail. They took over £550 for this but they never did the work and I only found out when I checked on the land registry website absolutely a disgrace won't even give 1 star
