place is a shambles , unsafe, unhygienic!! the surgery is discussing! spider webs everywhere, blinds broken, floors never seen a mop in its life holes in walls ! wait times 30/45 mins minimum! the standard or care is disgraceful and shocking wouldn’t recommend anyone go there especially with a baby my son was neglected change ur appointment times and don’t let u know reception staff are rude and dismissive
If I could have put zero stars i would have. Disrespectful reception staff and if you complain about being spoken to like dirt on their show you are struck off and are not given enough medication to tide u over. The practice manager doesn't call you back. This surgery is going to end up being the death of someone. Definately going to end up with a malpractice suit. Avoid at all costs!
Friendly efficient staff
Great wee surgery. I moved myself and my wee boy from Harthill gp and then previously from both practices in Shotts health Centre but this has by far been been the best! Lovely staff and doctors and always willing to help and aren’t desperate to get you off the phone! Would highly recommend
