My fur baby was attacked by our neighbors dogs. Our normal vet is over an hour away from our house. I had previously read great reviews and honestly didn't want to take her anywhere else. They were booked solid but still accommodated us. Their office was busy all day but the wonderful staff immediately addressed everyone that entered and I don't recall seeing anyone really waiting. I would like to thank Dr. Moore for the ear taping tutorial she gave me two weeks ago. She took the time (on a Saturday!) to go through it step by step and it has helped tremendously and now we are back on track! I have been taking my dogs to Rose-Rich for a couple of decades now and the vets and their staff have always been so helpful and understanding and I have recommended them to everyone who. Thanks again to the Doctors and staff!
Dr Ginestra is so loving and caring while examining the animals. I would go to her if she was treating humans. Heart of gold!
