RecommendedOur family has been taking our dogs to Rose-Rich Vet for "years". We were with Rose-Rich when they were in the smaller facility prior to the new space. The Vets and staff are such caring individuals. Would highly recommend Rose-Rich to anyone who cares deeply about their pets!
We were passing through town on vacation and my dog had been acting strange, so we stopped in and saw Dr. Ginestraw and nurse Laura, they were very considerate and took the time to explain that it was nothing to be concerned about, just likely stress from the long trip. While we waited for our pet to be examined, Erica gave us a tour of the boarding area and she treated us like were part of the family, showering our pup with attention and providing us with wonderful customer service. I recommend everything about them. They are reasonably priced and well worth my 30 mile drive from Houston.
Recently had to have our sweet Lola put down. My husband took her and said Dr.Robinson was the sweetest and gentlest! Jessica, his helper was so sweet and even cried when my husband said a prayer. To my surprise a few days later we received in the mail a nice handwritten card from Dr Robinson and Jessica with their condolences. Also something that I will cherish forever was a paw print of our sweet Lola. Such wonderful people! Thank you so much for the footprint!
