RecommendedThey are absolutely wonderful! I live 45 minutes away, but I always bring my cat to Rose Rich instead of a closer place because they are such caring people who work there! I never have any trouble getting Jumpy in to be seen. They explain everything they will do for your pet, plus give you information you need to know to better care for him.

RecommendedDr Williams is the best! They do grooming for cats, which is a particularly hard service to find in the Richmond area. Every time I go my kitty and I feel perfectly welcome and get the greatest service with good advice.
RecommendedThis morning we arrived with our cat Spirit. He was in a critical state in his last few hours of life. The entire staff from the receptionist to the veterinarian treated us with such compassion. Everyone involved with Spirit’s care made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way. They discussed treatment options and they were so supportive with our decision to let Spirit pass on. They allowed us time in a private room to spend with Spirit throughout until he passed away. RecommendedOur family has been taking our dogs to Rose-Rich Vet for "years". We were with Rose-Rich when they were in the smaller facility prior to the new space. The Vets and staff are such caring individuals. Would highly recommend Rose-Rich to anyone who cares deeply about their pets!
