Best Job!! I absolutely love Rose Rich and all of my coworkers there. Our doctor's are very compassionate and care about everyone that walks through our doors. This is by far the best job I've ever had where my employer cares about my family and me. :)

Dr Duty is AWESOME!!! I moved to this area 2 1/2 years ago and was recomended to this clinic by my neighbors. Even when they were in the old building and the parking lot and waiting room were bursting at the seams, I never had a complaint. The building and grounds were always clean and if an animal had an accident, they were prompt to clean it up even if the owner tried to clean it first. The prices are the best that I have ever seen. Wonderful Vet in Richmond, TX He is absolutely wonderful. I've been using his services for the past 37 years. I wouldn't trust my pets to anyone else. He truly cares about his clients and their pets. His staff is extremely knowledgeable and personable.
Reasonable Fees, Great care Have been taking my 2 dogs and cat here for years. All Drs are great, but I am partial to Dr Moore. Like her pragmatic approach. Office staff is polite and efficient. The rude girl that used to be there is long gone, thank goodness!

The Best ! Love Rose-Rich ! They are the best, from the staff to the vets, always professional, helpful, and compassionate. Dr. Moore and the other vets provided excellent care to my dog who lived to be 17 1/2 years old! I know that the care she received at Rose-Rich is why she lived such a long, happy and wonderful life. Dr. Dietz and Rose/Rich Vet Clinic are Outstanding! I live in West University and I took my two cats to Rose-Rich vet clinic to see Dr. Dietz today. It was more than well worth the 45 minute drive to take my Brayz and Sadie to see him. He provided excellent care and was receptive to my many questions. The office staff was also courteous and demonstrated good phone etiquette.
So Compassionate and Caring We recently had to have our 14-year old "fur baby" put down. As might be expected, we were struggling with our emotions, but Dr. Jimmy Dietz displayed genuine care, understanding and sensitivity on a very difficult day. Our beloved little dog was euthanized with gentle dignity and compassion by a man to whom we'd entrusted her care in the past.
