Best Place Ever I have lived in Richmond TX since 1995. My grandma used to take all of her cats to Dr. Robinson. My aunt did the same to her cats too, and now im taking my two kitties there. The girls at the front desk are great and the staff and doctors are wonderful. I wouldnt take my pets anywhere else. 5 stars
The Best I have been taking my pets to Rose-Rich and Dr. Sharon Moore since 1998. I will always be indepted to Dr. Moore for saving my Mini Schnauzers life. And 12 years later when Midnight died, Sharon came to me and expressed her condolences. Such care and compassion. Through the years, I have seen Dr. Duty and Dr. Robinson both are very caring and compassionate Drs. Nothing but the BEST!!!!! I'd like to thank Dr. Pappan, Lori G. and everyone at Rose-Rich Clinic for the excellent care they showed to me and my Giant Schnauzer âJosieââ¦. I drove 2hrs for Dr. Pappan to do a Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy ( TPLO ) and it was well worth every min. Dr. Pappen is by far the best orthopedic doctor I have encountered. Dr. Duty is the Best! First of all my mother trusts Dr. Duty over other vets,I do as well. I do like this clinic, but only trust the care of one Vet. The others tend to be preoccupied during visits. I did have a horrible experience at Rose-Rich,with Dr. Moore. Dr.Duty was off on the day I needed to see her, so I took my cats to see Dr. Moore ,it was urgent and I told her that I feared she might die, but I could tell she wasn't really listening, I trusted her to give a damn and it was a huge mistake which cost me the life of ... read more
Dr. Jimmy Dietz When Dr. Dietz ran East Plano Animal Hospital in Plano, TX, I would drive 40 minutes one-way to take my pets to see him. He is the BEST! I was heart-broken when he moved south, and I have yet to find another vet, even remotely, as wonderful as he is. Now that I've found him again, via this website, I'm tempted to make the hours-long drive just to get my Yorkie, Chloe, in to see him for her annual exams, vaccinations and dental cleanings. highly recommended! very experienced vets and great service! With the new remodeling of the place, it's even better! I take all my animals here, cats and dogs. They have helped them live better lives with great patient satisfaction. I feel confident just dropping them off and picking them up for treatment or grooming!
Rose-Rich Vet Clinic-THE BEST!!!! We started bringing our Jack Russell to Rose-Rich vets, who are great! Ed was a "problem child". They had no problem handling him. Ed got more "picky" as he aged, & became harder to handle. No problem for any of the Vet's there! They were always concerned about him & would call because they couldn't get close to him to treat & didn't want to stress him. Once I arrived, they were quick to take action & get him treated. Great Care Giver!! Tucker Robinson has cared for my pets for well over 35 years, and while I've seen other vets in that length of time he STILL is the best that I've ever dealt with. He shows compassion to both the patient and client.
World Class Vet!! I wish that I was able to get the health care that Rose-Rich Veterinary Clinic provides for myself and my family. Unfortunately, I'll have to settle for excellent health care at a reasonable price for my pets. Our pet, Tinker, had been coughing for months and had been treated with many different antibiotics at another vet with no improvement.
