We've used Rose-Rich boarding quite a few times because we like their kennel facilities. The luxury suites are AWESOME! Our 3 Dachshunds can stay together in one suite. Their cameras allow us to check in on them anytime day and night. They take them outside and love on them. They have everything we looked for when we were searching for the perfect place to board our 3 dogs. Thank you Rose-Rich For always taking great care of our furbabies!
My dog was boarded for a little over week here, and had health issues arise. Upon pickup by a family member of my dog, they were given two additional medications for the issues. After arriving home and checking the bottles, I discovered one medication had someone else's name, address, and dog's name. I've had my dog returned to me after a dental procedures with unexplained injuries to his nose as well. This Vet loves the families they treat not just the pet. The hours are perfect open thru late Saturday. We love � every experience we've had. They care.
Great vets at Rose-rich. I had to take my 15 y.o. Bichon in to be euthanized. They were so caring in getting me into an isolated room very quickly on a Saturday which is walk in day. I was able to spend quiet time with my little fella holding and loving him before his time. Love this place and I live in Katy which is a bit of a drive but worth it
