RecommendedWe were passing through town on vacation and my dog had been acting strange, so we stopped in and saw Dr. Ginestraw and nurse Laura, they were very considerate and took the time to explain that it was nothing to be concerned about, just likely stress from the long trip. RecommendedI recommend everything about them. They are reasonably priced and well worth my 30 mile drive from Houston.
Recently had to have our sweet Lola put down. My husband took her and said Dr.Robinson was the sweetest and gentlest! Jessica, his helper was so sweet and even cried when my husband said a prayer. To my surprise a few days later we received in the mail a nice handwritten card from Dr Robinson and Jessica with their condolences. Also something that I will cherish forever was a paw print of our sweet Lola. Such wonderful people! Thank you so much for the footprint!
We've used Rose-Rich boarding quite a few times because we like their kennel facilities. The luxury suites are AWESOME! Our 3 Dachshunds can stay together in one suite. Their cameras allow us to check in on them anytime day and night. They take them outside and love on them. They have everything we looked for when we were searching for the perfect place to board our 3 dogs. Thank you Rose-Rich For always taking great care of our furbabies!
