Excellent service!!! I was referred to this clinic by one of my coworkers. She has 3 dogs with heart problems. She always takes them to Dr. Robinson and I decided to take my puppy for her check up. I loved the place. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Robinson listened to all my concerns, etc. After that visit, we've taken her back due to seizures and he's always offer excellent care. I would definitely recommend Dr. Robinson. He really loves what he does.
Awesome Clinic! I'm new to the area and heard about Rose-Rich. I have to say it is an amazing clinic. The hospital is extremely nice and loved how I got to tour the facility to see exactly where my pet would be treated, boarded and even groomed! The staff is great and friendly! I enjoyed how I was checked out in the room, and how much attention my pet and I recieved.
Dr. Dietz I started taking my pets to Dr. Jimmy Dietz at his clinic in Plano, TX 14 years ago. Like another reviewer, I used to drive 30-40 mins to take my pets there because of his compassion, in-depth knowledge and time spent with his patients. We moved out of Tx about a year or so before Dr. Dietz and although we have a wonderful vet here in North Carolina, no one will ever be able to fill Dr. Dietz's shoes. The very best vet services and reasonably priced! Rose Rich has been caring for our family's pets for over 20 years, and we have always been pleased with their care. They give compassionate care and practical advice. These are real, old-timey, down-to-earth vets. What's more, their rates are so reasonable that my mother brought her puppy the 40+ miles from where she lives to have him neutered here. Amazing Groomer! Lovely Staff. 5 STARS! Amazing! I brought my dogs in there for grooming a few weeks ago. I was kind of worried about them being groomed-- there was only one groomer there, I was told, and one was applying for a position there. I decided to let it go and see what would happen (its a vet, I guess) and when I came to pick them up, THEY LOOKED AMAZING!! The best vet clinic ever! I have worked as a vet tech for several clinics over the years and so I am pretty picky about who I take my pets to see. My neighbor first referred me to Rose Rich and their favorite vet, Dr. Moore when I moved to the area. I have never had overall better veterinary care at any other clinic. WONDERFUL!!! I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this vet. I would recommend them to any of my family and/or friends. I am am not very trusting when it comes to people who have my puppies lives in their hands, but not only are they are friendly, but they do the absolute best job I could imagine.
Better prices, and by the way Dr. Rainer is a wonderful vet! I have been taking my cats to Rose Rich since 1998. Initially I brought our cats here because the immunization shots were much less expensive than the Sugar Land vets I had tried. The first vet we saw was Dr. Duty, and I instantly liked her. Thank you We had to take our two elderly Labs (Bailey and Daisy) in to be put to sleep and the staff at Rose-Rich Veterinary Clinic were so thoughtful in everything they did.
