I was honestly disappointed with the customer service here. As someone who also works in the customer service industry, the experience felt unnecessarily dismissive. I was patiently waiting at the cashier to pay for a single item while the staff continued assisting customers who came in after me. At first, I thought they were just managing the queue a certain way, but later realized I was being ignored because I didn’t have a priority number. Unprofessional Service and Major Dispensing Error. ​I had a incredibly frustrating experience at this Rose Pharmacy branch. We stopped in to buy an over-the-counter medication while passing through. Because we were exhausted from a long trip, we relied on the pharmacist’s expertise to guide the sale. ​Unfortunately, the pharmacist failed to perform the most basic step of her job: verifying the dosage. Let me tell ya, I just recently bought something there, and the cashiers, they sucks. Customer service? It doesn't exist there, no professionalism and friendliness at all.
