My brother has been in rose court for 2 months and I can honestly say he loves it. Staff are friendly and caring. Dr who visits is amazing.
I am currently looking to place my loved one in a private nursing care setting. After reading the reviews for Rose Court care home I was already a bit hesitant, but I still decided to call and book a show-around. Unfortunately, no one picked up the phone, which only reinforced my concerns. It leaves me wondering whether the level of hospitality has worsened or simply hasn’t improved at all. Firstly, if I could give a ‘zero’ star I would. Secondly I warn anyone who is considering placing their elderly loved one in this establishment to think again. Rose Court carers and management have absolutely NO duty of care to their residents and they honestly DO NOT CARE!! My dear mum was recently in their care and they allowed another male resident to physically attack her twice causing her to have to go to A&E both times. The last time she got attacked by him, she was left on the floor until the paramedics turned up (as ... read more
