Firstly, if I could give a ‘zero’ star I would. Secondly I warn anyone who is considering placing their elderly loved one in this establishment to think again. Rose Court carers and management have absolutely NO duty of care to their residents and they honestly DO NOT CARE!! My dear mum was recently in their care and they allowed another male resident to physically attack her twice causing her to have to go to A&E both times. Management Team incompetent and rude. Glad my family member was not admitted to this place.
If you prioritise the well-being of your family, I strongly advise against entrusting them to the care of this purported 'care home.' The deficiency in humaneness, dismal quality of care, and an incapacity to address even the most basic needs were consistently apparent. Even when minimal needs were attended to, it was done at a rudimentary level.
