Shocking to be paying for years and chasing them up for the last year or so to clean our bin… I would put 0 stars but there is no option… The state of our bin was shocking , since they do not turn up to clean it , but taking £9 from our account was good for years was good . Since June 2024 , they do not pick up the phone or the mobile, whilst the attitude the last time I told them that we have a camera that can witness when they last came and the attitude was shocking … They continue taking the money without cleaning the bin... read more
Paid £42 for 12 months of regular bin cleans but kept getting missed. Spoke multiple times and they said it was an issue where we weren’t on the system. Was promised catch up cleans and refund. Never came. Now not getting any response. Only had 3-4 cleans and our next payment has been taken for another 12 months. Stay clear.
How can I contact you? Please just refund. My bin was left unattended for months again.
Has this company gone out of business? I paid for a full year of 2 x monthly bin cleans start of July. Noone has ever appeared. I have emailed Stuart twice, no response and their phone line is not connecting?? Now having to do claimback from bank.
Rose Clean come every month ( timed when our bin has just been emptied) and clean the bin. They are always dependable , polite, and do a good job.
