When we first looked for agents to sell our home, we spoke to 3 different ones to get a feel for each one. We had a clear winner, not only competitive on commission, but Craig was great and we really clicked with him. No pushy sales pitch, felt very comfortable and confident in his abilities. My partner and I bought our first property through Roots and were over the moon with the service we received from Craig. Whilst there was initial teething issues that you would expect to encounter as first time buyers as soon as Craig took over, the whole process became seamless. He provided constant communication throughout the sale as well as even checking in after the completion date. Although I don’t think it’ll be for many years yet, when we come to selling our property - Craig is the first person we would contact!
Roots have been absolutely incredible with our buyer and selling process - I would not recommend anyone else but them!
