Misleading & Unprofessional ! Booked a 3BHK private apartment viewing. Agent Ralph confirmed it was NOT a house share. When we arrived, it turned out to be a 6-bed house share with strangers already living there. Head office claimed the agent “left the job” the same morning we spoke to him, then said this was the only property they had. No help, no alternatives, just wasted our time. As international students in Liverpool, this was disappointing and stressful.

I contacted Rooms4u twice to report an overflowing skip outside of their property. Staff on the phone were polite and receptive to the issue, although no apology was offered and no specific timescale given to resolve it. The skip had been mistaken for one offered by the council, so it was not their fault the skip had overfilled in the first place. However, once reported, it should have been dealt with the same day.
