Brand new couches. Knew better than to get a power model couch. Circuit breaker popped during a storm and the couch no longer works and it stuck in the up position. Customer service refuses to help citing, "we don't cover storms". Of course not, because they want continuous calls from telemarketers trying to sell you a warranty that would cover "storms". Completely disgusted. So much for having brand new furniture after many years of old furniture. Will never recommend them or buy from here again.

Got a new bedrooms set and matresses delivered today. They did not have the brackets to put the mirror on the dresser. So I have no mirror on my dresser. That is not the end of the world except. The delivery guys said they don't know when I will get it. The salesman Justin Barnes who told us to call him if we had any problems..said he cant help us. He directed us to customer service who has already closed for the holiday. Imagine that. So I can put my clothes away till I get a mirror or the dresser will be too heavy to pull ... read more
Worst experience I've ever had with a furniture store. Still fighting to get my 7 year olds bed returned. She's been sleeping on the floor for a month. Absolutely horrible!
horrible company!!! I feel like I just got scratch and dent quality of furniture, the customer service sucks! they can't get their deliveries right or their time frames. We are extremely dissatisfied and will never purchase anything again! save your time and troubles shop somewhere else!
Most unprofessional delivery team and staff I've ever seen... Charge a delivery fee & spend 4 grand on a bedroom set only to have my child without a bed for days because they can't deliver when they say they are!! It's always something. Excuses excuses. The store is full of excuses!!! we set this date 2+ weeks ago, and here it is night number three of my child having no bed in her room to sleep in!!!!! Not to mention the lack of concern from all the staff I've spoken with!!!!!! Thanks guys
Rooms-That-Blow As I'm sitting here waiting for my couch to be delivered. I am still fuming about the experience we have had with this company. Upon entering the store we were not greeted or asked if we needed assistance for at least 20 minutes by anyone at all. Most sales associates were seen lounging casually on the show furniture talking among themselves, one associate was even applying make-up.
