Had a great experience at Rooms to Go in Gulfport today. This is a beautiful store with a great selection. I bought a new living room set that included a sectional, accent chair, ottoman and two lamps. Great buy! Mr. Reggie helped me find exactly what I needed within my price range and I couldn’t be more pleased. Great customer service and selection!
We bought our couch and chair for our living room here about 2 years ago. After researching and looking for months, we finally decided on a set and bought the warranty. Just last month, our couch and chair got a small stain that the warranty covered. Rooms to go sent out someone to clean it which resulted in some of the coloring coming off our furniture. Rooms to go stood by their warranty and got us a new couch and chair! Great customer service! We especially love Mimi at the Gulfport store!

I have made several purchases over the past 5 years and went in this weekend and purchased an entertainment center for which was in stock and chose the option to pick up which was today. It took my husband forever to get someone on the phone to let them know he was headed over an hour away to pick the item up because we needed it ASAP. They proceeded to tell him that the piece is now on back order that someone else purchased it for delivery. I want not even notified.
