They told me my deliver is from 2 to 6 n I call n was told up til 10 At night and they are running behind, at least call me a few hours ahead and let me know instead I'm here waiting all day and I could do something. I will never order your furniture again
The employees are excellent at what they do.... LYING. The customer service is incredibly poor and when I called to handle the situation, the manager fed me ridiculous excuses. Instead of handling the situation properly, the manager simply said that they had many “happy customers”. By the looks of the overall ratings on this page, people are not happy. I will never walk into a Rooms to Go store again. You have lost a very good customer who was willing to spend a lot of money- both myself and my family.
I don't know why I gave RTG a second chance. Why did I chose RTG and spent thousands of dollars when I don't get what I paid for!? The manager is terrible. He have horrible customer service skills. When I bought chairs the dimensions of 24 in width X 20 in depth X 33 in height then that's what I should get! Don't you agree?! Instead, RTG delivered 19 in width X 18 in depth X 33 in height chairs. That's 5 inches off in width and 2 inches off in depth. No matter what you say Mr. Manager... it's not the same measurements. Compre un juego de comedor que por cierto ya lo pague y resulta q no son de buena calidad. Hablo con servicio al cliente y me dicen que no pueden hacer el cambio respectivo por q es culpa del cliente. Lo que es por mi parte Ni MAS compro algo de ahí. �
I had a very bad experience with RTG in the past. This time was completely different. I bought a mattress several years ago and it was sagging. I called customer service since it had a 10 yr warranty. The service man arrived as scheduled. They gave me purchase price as credit for new mattress. Jimmy, our salesman, was awesome. The delivery was sheduled and the men were 1 min before scheduled time. Thanks to all involved.
