I have visited Rooms to go 2 times, my 1st visit was for a Bedroom set, it was delivered and had no problems at 1st, 4 months later I noticed a stain on my night stand and one on my dresser, I called to see about getting it taking care of since I purchased the protection plan for the furniture, they sent a tech out to fix it, the tech said that he couldn't get a match on it, took pictures and told me that if I didn't hear anything back from them then to call and check on it, I had to call only to be told that it was denied, ... read more
Bought a living room set, dining set, and bedroom set. Living room coffee table exploded being tempered glass (yes it can happen- highly dangerous). No error to me I wake up in the morning and it's all over the place. Thought someone had broken in and decided to set a grenade on the table. Only had it 20+ days. Contacted all personnel on the todem pole and no help...not even a discount...All because of the Floor Display policy (As is). Everyone did their job...AND THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. That's bad business! Our sales representative was awesome, but we were told our deivery would coeme between 3-7 and it didnt show up until 1045, pretty disappointed in the service and the time wasted waiting
Just bought a table and it was Great service when I bought it. BUT Delivery was horrible timing and my husband asked 3 times we had paid extra to pay the guys to build our table. And he even let them use our bathroom. But nope they just left and didn't even help us. Disappointed... I don't think I'll come back
