I shopped 3 times in last 3 months and I had mixed experience with 3 different sales man. The best was Mr. Nomani. Very accommodating, understanding our needs, gave good suggestions and even after hours he was not rushing us. I would recommend ask for Nomani. Earlier the other sales man was rushing us because he was helping one more customer at the same time on sales event and he even told to decide quickly as he is loosing commission.
RecommendedWe went in looking for our granddaughter a bookshelf for Christmas. Didn't get a bookshelf because it had to be ordered, but we found this awesome round chair that would be a perfect reading chair. Blake Lee was our sales associate and he was great! He had another one coming in so he sold us the one he had and got us a discount as well. Thank you Blake for helping us!!
RecommendedI’m giving the two stars for the nice sales man, other wise it would be zero. We purchased an as is dining room table we viewed on a Saturday, having to pick up Monday. We looked at it on the floor and understood we were buying an as is product. It was beautiful, except for some minimal table top scratching. worst customer service ever, from corp. to floor. will never do business at this location ever.. cheap furniture, cheap sales reps and cheap store manager Samuel to cheap representative Ethan at the corporate office, pretty much sums up the company all over 260.00 dollars.
RecommendedI bought a Sofa, armless sleeper, and storage chaise on August 22, and they are very nice. The only problem that we had was a stained cushion when it arrived. We called Rooms to Go and they said a new one would be delivered in 2 days. When it did not arrive, We called again and they replied that it would be 6 weeks. Still no cushion and it has been 3 months. We have shopped there for over 20 years and have been very satisfied with everything, but this is unacceptable.
