This has been the worst experience we've had. Put our furniture on lay away over a month ago just to be told they won't have a piece of furniture until May! We needed it this week! And then we tried to change the sofa from a sleeper to a regular sofa and they still couldn't guarantee our furniture on time. They have known for a freaking month! They even charged us extra for stuff we didn't even want! Please people take your business somewhere else! They are just money greedy people who can't guarantee you'll get your furnitu... read more
The worst experience and customer care I have ever received. I will never purchase another piece of furniture from rooms to go. Ashley furniture will have my business from now on. So much better customer care.
Do Not recommend patronizing Rooms To Go, Hwy. 49 Gulfport..!!!! They sent my husband on a 2 hour "wild goose chase" to their warehouse on Hwy 59. N. This wasted 2 hours of his time, not to mention the gas..!!! The item we purchased Was Not at the warehouse..!!! All the they had to do was call ahead of time before they sent him there..!! They have not offered to compensate in any way or deliver it to our home when it does come in.... Buyer/ Customer beware....!!!!
I order a couch and love seat . Gave my sectional to daughter in law . Rooms to go show up with missing legs to the furniture. They said I could accept or reject the order Hell I waited 2 weeks and now told 2 more weeks told them to refund my money. Done with them.

The customer service was great. We bought a whole new bedroom to be delivered in two orders (dresser, bed frame, night stands on back order) so we got our mattress today. Lynn warned us ahead of time that even though I'm given a delivery window that a lot can happen and I should just try to be available all day. I got 5 confirmations for delivery before hand and they gave me a window of 11-3. I figured it would be 3 or later. The guys got here at about 1130ish and were done by noon. Why can't you just deliver when you say you're going to and actually be available for the hour that you claim beforehand? All we wanted to do was get my sister moved into her new apartment this weekend..while all her family is here to help....from Texas. Thanks for all your help. We are worse off in our endeavous than we were before we started with you.
Just wanted to give Gary a shout out for helping us find exactly what we wanted, without pressuring us to get anything we didn't. He was very helpful and was able to answer all our questions. We love our new reclining livingroom set!
