We came today and were approached by a very aggressive salesmen named Phillip. I told him we were just looking and preferred browsing by ourselves. He told us that there’s no way we came there on Labor Day just to look. He refused to leave after myself and my husband told him that we didn’t want help. I finally had to walk away because it was becoming really uncomfortable and he would not accept what we were telling him. This ruined my experience and we left without getting anything.
as anyone ever had a good experience with rooms to go??? This furniture I purchased isn't even one year old and it looks like its ready to retire and replace. The quality doesn't match the price. I will never recommend anyone to shop there! The customer service matches the quailty of their furniture, both poor!! I will continue to share on all forms of social media so that all families looking to purchase good furniture stays out of rooms to go
We’ve bought furniture from them before with no problem, but we purchased a bed for my 3 year old on Memorial Day weekend and we have to wait another month to have the final piece. We were told an original delivery date of July 6 (more than a month after purchase) and then on July 6 the bed is delivered but there’s a piece of railing that isn’t available so we have to wait another month! Terrible customer service. The manager is garbage, when asked about his higher ups he refused to give any information. Buyer beware! $4,100 purchase- will never make the mistake of coming here again.
We’ve ordered from Rooms To Go 3-4 times now and every time something happens or isn’t right. They just came out to deliver my little girls bedroom set and didn’t have the right furniture! Then they tore up my yard with the truck when they left trying to backup!!!!
I bought Furniture from Rooms to Go. Its more like Rooms To Wait. Took 2 months to get our stuff. Its always a hassle. Then we had a reselect on a mattress. The Sales ladie I had Tracy was very knowledgeable and sweet. She helped me get a job there. I was told we would have training. I was told to sit in a break room and read a sales book for 2.5 weeks. Delivery is just incredibly unprofessional. They ripped up tons of plastic and styrofoam and LEFT IT all over my house and my front yard!! Who does that?! Not to mention asking me for a beer after they were done. Oh, and one guy assembled the legs on my brand new leather chair in my FRONT YARD. Left MUD all over the side of the chair and the legs were completely covered in mud. Styrofoam is still getting into my pool filter and is now going to need to be professionally serviced for repair. Gary Schmidt and Michele Houck at Rooms 2 Go did me a huge solid. Final bill on the whole house was HALF of what i was expecting to pay. Michele, helped me to locate the perfect bedroom suite for my 6 year old for a low price. Gary handled my whole house furnishings. I think they are heavy commission but he was very honest and operated with integrity. Didn’t take him long to figure me out and what i was looking for.
