We had our living room set all picked out we were told one price for all then when it was time to pay they decided nope can't do that. and on top of that wanted me to wait a month for my delivery maybe longer. The sales person was very pushy.
RecommendedDavid Roarke was our sales person and he was fabulous-zero pressure, provided great service and was very knowledgeable. The store was very clean (as always). We’ve purchased many items from this store over the years and have always had great experiences.

RecommendedAlfredo was so very helpful My daughter and I went just to look at styles we had seen on line. Next thing I know Im mixing and matching colors and styles. RecommendedMark was a wonderful sales person, but did not feel the least bit sales person-y. Mark was patient with us, since this was the purchase of our first couch. He took the time to explain in detail different orientations of couches, and did everything with a smile on his face. I did not feel rushed, pressured, or swayed by his actions and input. I had a very pleasurable experience with Mark and would return in a heartbeat for more furniture. Thanks Mark!

I ordered my furniture 2 months ago and it still isn’t here. I leave on a military base and the first time they supposedly came the drivers forgot his ID and couldn’t get on post, and they told me I had to reschedule. When I called to reschedule they told me I had to wait a month for my delivery ( what happened to my furniture that was on the truck) any fast forward to today I suppose to have my furniture delivered and they are giving me the run around
