Avoid. If I could give these guys a lower rating than 1/5 then I definitely would. They don't even deserve 1 star. They are a complete joke. They sell overpriced rooms and ..... if you get a groundfloor flat, you might be lucky enough to have rats just like a certain someone. Use Ocean or CJ Hole if you are looking for lets.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, THEY ARE TOTAL SCAMMERS WITH NO REGARD FOR HUMAN LIFE. RAT INFESTED PROPERTIES, LIARS, WILL NOT FIX ANYTHING. YOUR RENTAL WILL NOT BE AS PROMISED. WILL THREATEN AND DO WHATEVER THEY CAN TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF YOU. THEY GIVE EVERYONE KEYS. THEY DONT EVEN SECURE YOUR RENTAL.
