We have bought several dresses that my daughter loves from Roolee. I ordered the cutest platform sandals from Roolee. Sadly they were too small, but I was so excited to see that they had an exchange option on their website so I exchanged for my correct size and love wearing these. It’s always so nice when a business has an exchange online option!

I had a VERY jumpsuit shipped but it didn't fit quite right and was missing the belt that was supposed to be attached. I emailed and within hours I had a response. They are refunding and have sent the shipping label. The BEST customer service, I hardly ever leave reviews but this was one that had to be left. Clothes are great quality too!
