Their customer service is terrible. I’ve reached out numerous times and I’ve yet to receive a response. I just want my return to be resolved.

The quality of the dresses I ordered were fine, however, my biggest complaint is about the customer service. I ordered 5 dresses to try on at home with their new option to "Try on at home" for $0. I assumed any of the dresses I decided not to keep would be returned with free shipping to Roolee. I was wrong. They charged me $21.86 for a return label.
