RecommendedI have a strange address and when I ordered a few items from them, they immediately reached out to make sure my address was correct. I received the package quickly and love everything I got. Unfortunately a button broke on a jacket I bought, but after reaching out to customer service that problem was fixed right away.

I ordered a number of pieces from them. the quality is poor, and one of the shirts shrunk significantly after the first wash. I contacted customer service and received a response from them of "sorry! you're outside of the 15 days after recieveing your order" made no effort to make it right. very poor customer service. darn.

I ordered Free People Mont Blanc sandals from Roolee a couple of years ago and they held up so well I decided to purchase two more pairs! Unfortunately, my order never arrived so Roolee made it right and shipped out a replacement package this morning. Thank for you the impeccable customer service. I can’t wait to receive my new Free People sandals!

Roolee is the greatest! In the time of COVID, I was trying to make my Senior daughter still have some senior experiences and her senior pics were one of them. But we had to pull everything together FAST. Roolee had the perfect outfit and shoes AND THEN made a special extra trip to deliver from their warehouse to the store for same-day pick up. Quality clothes, great prices & excellent, quick, responsive customer service team!
First, I must say that I love their clothes as they offer such beautiful plus sizes. Not just your typical styles either. The shoes and clogs and home goods are awesome too... I recently sent a request to the customer service department and they handled it with such ease and comfort. I truly love these folks as they make looking and feeling beautiful a natural process.
