Roolee is the absolute best! I have only been shopping with them for a few months, but I love their clothes. I have ordered many things, and love each and every piece. Their customer service department is absolutely impeccable; they are always kind and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend Roolee to anyone that wants nice, quality clothes!! #Rooleeaddict

The clothes were great quality and super cute! I did the Try at Home for free option, but unfortunately that is a little misleading because then you have to pay $20.00 to send it back, so beware about that! But I should have read the fine print, and the customer service was very quick and responsive:) I wish I lived closer to them so I could just visit their store because all of their clothes are super cute! Just be prepared for shipping costs!

they have the worse customer service and is NOT helpful. with nothing in their website about return policy (which they now have added AFTER my wife made a complaint about it), they don't accept open box returns. how the hell can you know if you want to return a purchase if you dont first open the box to see it. they answer was "we dont want it..but you can sell it on the internet: WTF !!!! so upsetting how poorly their service is.

It clearly states on the website “we will not charge you” well before my wife received the clothes she wanted to try we were charged $850. When we called and read them what was written on their website they told us sorry nothing we can do. Just a straight lie on their website.

When my package opened in the mail and some of my items were lost, Roolee didn’t hesitate to replace them for me. The customer service was quick and professional and really wonderful. If the clothes weren’t a good enough reason to buy, they should be because they are adorable, the customer service is!

Okay I purchased what I thought was a set bathing suit from them but then quickly learned that I actually didn’t read the description well enough. When I reached out they put the last matching bottom back on the website specifically for me to purchase it. They worked with me throughout the day to ensure I was a happy customer. I feel like you don’t find that as much now a days so this first time buyer experience was really refreshing. And I will be back for more items. Thank you to a great team and everyone that helped me.

I just received an online order today that I made with Roolee, and I LOVE everything in my order. The clothes are high-quality, cute, and flattering. One of the sweaters I ordered, which was my favorite item in the batch, had an obvious flaw on the front, so I needed to exchange it. I used the online chat feature and they resolved the exchange VERY QUICKLY and my new sweater is already in the process of being sent!
