I found this company through Instagram and made my first purchase recently. I forgot to apply my discount code before placing my order so I reached out to see if there was anything they could do after the purchase was already made. They immediately refunded the discount to my card within just a couple hours. Amazing customer service and incredible products. I highly recommend!!
Sent back dresses and stated they didn’t get them! Got charged over a $100 for something I don’t have, and they will not refund my money! Would highly not rec company unless you want to lose money!

My order was shipped but was lost in transit. Roolee emailed me back immediately when I reached out and then immediately refunded my money/resent my items that weren’t out of stock. The shipping company was still placing blame on the other shipping company but they didn’t make me wait for that to be resolved. Excellent customer service!
