I have been shopping with Roolee for a year now and I love their high quality products. I initially found this brand as I was looking for bump and nursing friendly options and they did not disappoint! I will also mention their customer service is friendly and prompt. I was trying to track down a "lost" package and I was immediately responded to each time I contacted them within 24 hours.

When my package got lost on the way to Europe, the Roolee provided me with a fast and extraordinary custumer service (Becca) and after reviewing the message from my local post office regarding the missing package I got refund from Roolee. Beautiful and quality clothes and very nice stuff. Highly recomended!!!

Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend buying from this store. Had an issue with an item being returned after the date had been too far after the policy and they kept the item as well as the money I paid rather than having contacted me on the issue. I waited for months to receive the dress and had to email them once again to see what the issue was.
