As a landlord I always get excellent as well as friendly tenancy services and I'd highly recommend this business, I wouldn't go anywhere else !
I just did a view with an agent, and this is by far the worst experience you can get from a property agent. (72 Alveston Dr. I think her name was Nicola) When asked if she is always so unpleasant to customers, she gives an excuse for being ill. (if you are sick, why are you at work?). I like the house and the area but the agent.... I can't even think of dealing with her ever again.
We don’t normally leave reviews, but felt we just had to, given the terrible experience we had with this letting company. It’s a terribly run business. We had the unfortunate experience of being tenants and Rooftops managed the tenancy. At the very beginning the warning signs were there - the previous tenants warned us how bad they were at fixing any problems, but we just thought they were disgruntled and took no notice.
