Storm Eowyn had taken down a couple of chimneys, and a fair number of tiles. It's a massive old roof and Mark gave a good appraisal of it's condition, and options re repair/renew. The roof is now back to pre-storm condition and after a few very heavy downpours can confirm watertight again Work was done while I was away and there was no mess in the garden and the replaced tiles match perfectly with the originals. I never begrudge paying for a job done right
We chose Rooftec to tackle a complicated new roof project on an 1880’s house with slate, and we 100% made the right decision. Such a great company - really reliable, sourced the problem of a tricky leak and took photos before and after the repairs as well as dealing with a last minute change of plan with understanding and goodwill - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mark and his Rooftec team!
I would highly recommend Rooftec. They are a very professional firm who have just finished complete roof renovations on our old Victorian house. Their service was excellent and the whole process was carried out to a high standard. They are very efficient, everything ran smoothly and was stress free. The team are polite, friendly and hard working. I am a very happy customer and so glad I chose Rooftec after a lot of research on the internet.
Very pleasant and helpful admin, also good job done and turned up when they said they would which is always a win in my opinion.
