I saw they clear roofing sheets on a project i was working and I thought they’d be perfect for my new pergola so I decided to order 2. Delivery said 3-5 days, perfect timing. After 3 weeks the order arrived and instead of 2no 4m long sheets I received 4no at 1.8m, completely wrong. Difficult to find! Great service once I found it but an external sign would help.
Do not use, waiting on a refund and in the middle of a chargeback as they don't deliver to N Ireland - Everyone of your competitors does deliver so they will get my business going forwards.
This is another purchase from this supplier when I received damaged velux window. Nobody replied to my emails for 2 weeks to get it solved and pushed me to purchase new window elsewhere after causing 2 weeks of delays on my project. They don't feel responsible for it at all and are not interested to solve this issue or willing to return the money. At other hand it took me over 60 emails and few months in similar case about 2 years ago. I'l never ever again use your stores because of number of issues and your customer service... read more
Website states 2-3 Working days delivery, but a almost a week later - not update on delivery date. Requested a call back through the chat window, then through the website and had no call back. I've rung them a couple of times and an automated message explains that there's a long wait on the line, and delays in deliveries, as they've been taken over by Lloyds. Not mention of such delays that on the website, and if you press 1 to go through to sales, you get an answer straight away...
