This is another purchase from this supplier when I received damaged velux window. Nobody replied to my emails for 2 weeks to get it solved and pushed me to purchase new window elsewhere after causing 2 weeks of delays on my project. They don't feel responsible for it at all and are not interested to solve this issue or willing to return the money. At other hand it took me over 60 emails and few months in similar case about 2 years ago. I'l never ever again use your stores because of number of issues and your customer service... read more
Website states 2-3 Working days delivery, but a almost a week later - not update on delivery date. Requested a call back through the chat window, then through the website and had no call back. I've rung them a couple of times and an automated message explains that there's a long wait on the line, and delays in deliveries, as they've been taken over by Lloyds. Not mention of such delays that on the website, and if you press 1 to go through to sales, you get an answer straight away...
Service not up to standard at the moment. If they are having issues, they should not be accepting new orders (or taking payment for them). Three stars to account for previously good service. I will amend when a solution is reached. My order hasn't turned up after a week, although marked as dispatched. No communication from Roofing Superstore, so I've had to chase up. They took payment nearly 4 weeks ago now. After 3 weeks they still couldn’t give me a delivery date. They just said they are having issues as the company recently changed hands. Had to order through another company, got great service from them. Awaiting refund but not holding my breath.
