Had a new roof by this company 4 years ago, we have since had a leak into 1 of our bedrooms. We have contacted on numerous occasions to ask for them to take a look and have been given excuse after excuse. Unfortunately we have had no other optiion but to contact Citizens Advice to see where we go from here, as we can no longer contact the number provided. Needed new gutters installing and wanted it done properly the first time. They measured everything carefully, fitted the gutters neatly, and checked the flow before leaving. The place was left tidy and it feels reassuring knowing the job won’t cause issues later on.
