We are 100% happy with the work and repair/makeover of our roof just now completed by James and Roof Makeover. The whole job, and we have a pretty big roof, went as planned and was extremely well undertaken. Our house is about 40 years old with a concrete tile roof. Daniel and his team did a great job on our roof. Dean provided a timeline, kept to the timeline, and kept us informed every step of the way.
Very impressed by the workmanship. The roof makeover on my unit was done very meticulously, and professionally. Dean was very polite, professional, thorough and punctual. Kept me up-to-date at every step of the way by taking in before and after photos including just over a minutes worth of video recording with special sounds effects!
I was really impressed with Roof Makeover Specialist. My call was answered really promptly by Daniel and soon after I got a call from Rob to arrange a time to come around. Rob is obviously very experienced and was really helpful in providing us with advice and guidance re our roof issues, very professional and friendly.
Recently had Daniel and the team from RMS completely restore my roof. Daniel was amazing to work with and very good with communicating every process as the job progressed. On completion of the work i ask Daniel to meet me on site to check over the work and he did at my convenience. He found some things that didn't suit his high standards and sent the boys back to rectify , Daniel and the team delivered an amazing job and high quality finish. Would definitely recommend.
