The appliance adaptor ordered does not fit the roof vent. Complained, No response !!
Half the order didn't show up, then, two weeks later when it did, most of it was broken. I'm still waiting...
Was let down originally due to Roof Giant supplier not delivering on time twice, however Roof Giant did resolve to my satisfaction after some communication, would give Roof Giant another chance if ordering again, no issue with the quaility of the product
