James is reliable and friendly. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. This is the second job he has done for us, having previously repaired our facia. We are very happy with his work and would recommend him to others.

We had two flat roofs that were supposed to be completely replaced. A few months later we had the main roof tiles completely replaced and I thank GOD we didn’t use these guys again. I got to see myself, when the scaffolding was up, they had not done what they had agreed at all. Instead of replacing the old flat roof they simply put the new one on top! I employed William Connor from Trusted Traders to repair leak in my newly built extension. He took all the slates away for free and installed glazed roof and new gutters for a hefty charge. I agreed as he gave me 20 years warranty on the roof and gutters. Water is collecting around the skylight with damp appearing on my ceiling and gutters are pouring down heavily. Inspite of our best efforts and written guarantee we couldn’t get hold of RoofFixRoofing.

So far we haven't got what we wanted, a leakless roof. But this because of technical issues and challenges with the job which have so far nearly there. They are a very committed firm who really bout the customer first and interact with the customer. One lives the project with them which always is essential in this roofing game if one wants the best. So given that we still have a way to go I still recommend them very strongly if you want the highest quality work AND reliable follow up.
