Ron is professional and very knowledgeable. He responded to my call immediately and did a fantastic job. My brand new carpet had acquired cleaners bleach stain. He dyed it to match it perfection and it now looks as good as it never happened. Highly recommend him.

Ron was very personable and worked hard. He restretched our wall to wall carpet and I would rate him very high and recommend him for that type of work. He also redyed urine dog spots on our rug and was only marginally successful which was surprising since he had, on his initial visit, pretested the rug and on the area he tested the spot appeared to be removed.
I called Ron @ Ron's Carpet Detail on 3/4/11 because another professional carpet cleaning company was unable to remove 6 very large and very stubborn carpet stains at one of my rental properties. On 3/6/11 Ron came out to my property and he spent approximately 3 hours on his hands and knees working to remove my very stubborn carpet stains. When his work was competed, he successfully removed 95% of the stains (and he saved me from having to replace my 1st floor carpeting -- estim. $2K savings).
Ron was very prompt professional and informative.
