RON KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE WAS CAREFUL MOVING FURNITURE AND PUT EVERYTHING BACK. OUR CARPET LOOKS LIKE NEW AGAIN!
Ron did not give me a price over the phone; he said he would have to see my carpet before he could give me a repair price. I thought he was coming out to do an estimate but he said he had given me a price and there to do the work. The price was reasonable, so I let the misunderstanding go, and he did an excellent repair job. I guess all is well that ends well, but I suggest he email or fax a written estimate before going to future jobs to avoid problems.

Excellent work both cleaning and restoring our carpets. Ron removed 15-20 food spots left by our tenant, corrected the bleaching that had been attempted on those spots, and removed one large red stain. Excellent quality, hard worker, easy to deal with. We would hire him again.
