Ron was great. Very professional and responsive. Our carper situation was a bit more complicated than he thought so it took longer to fix and was costlier than I had hoped. The carpet job does not look perfect but it is so so much better. I am happy with the work. He left our upstairs in complete disarray, but I know he did not want to change us for unneccessary time (he was hourly) and I appreciated that. I would definitely call him again. Thanks

Ron called before arriving (as promised), arrived on time, explained his course of actions, and cleaned up after his work. I asked him to do some additional work that was not part of our original plans; he had time and willingly took on the extra task without hesitation. He was very friendly and did great work! I'll definitely use him in the future and would refer him.

I was very pleased. The contractor, that was suggested by you, promptly called me to confirm me to confirm the appointment time which was within a bracket of an hour or two. When he was approaching that time he called again to let me know he would be arriving shortly. He came in, he was clean and neat and very pleasant. Had to go back and get his tools after looking at the problem. Went right to work and did a very good job. Really understood what needed to be done. It was an odd little job, but a nuisance one.
Ron was excellent! He first repaired a dog damaged berber carpet in my rental cottage, and then cleaned it, prior to a new tenant moving in. We then had Ron come to our home to completely treat and take care of a few areas where a male cat had sprayed....he pulled up large sections of carpet, padding was removed and replaced, tackstrip was replaced, subfloor was treated and sealed, carpet was treated and cleaned on both sides, restretched and all is good.
