Ron was extremely helpful, accomodating and professional. I had a very unique situation in that five years ago my carpet was installed incorrectly and I had several places that needed to be stretched. Ron was sympathetic to my situation and explained what he thought may have happened while he stretched the entire area and made the carpets look like new. He took the extra time needed to make everything perfect.
